Pointe shoe fitting

Anyone want to guess on what pair of shoes I walked home with? None. Apparently, my left foot is a half a size smaller than my right foot. The shoe that fit perfectly on my left foot was too small for my right foot. The shoe brand I am getting for my left foot is the Suffolk spotlight. But, I came home with toe pads and some new flat shoes. These ones are the So Danca flat shoes and I really recommend them because they are very padded and they accentuate your arch very nicely. And also the elastic is pre-sewn on. I am going to a different dance store tomorrow.

DIY Room Decor

So with my sister moving out of my room, and it is mine, it gets a new look I made this decor.

 To make this K, I cut it out of cardboard and painted it. a mint green shade with acrylic paint. The pink border is actually painters tape painted. Lastly, the gold is fabric paint.

For this one, I painted a salsa lid white and put a border with navy blue and my initial.

              And finally, the rose I drew on the cardboard painted, then painted and outlined.

                                        

What to expect in London:

What to expect in London:

1.There are no traffic laws.
Either that, or the crosswalks are really wide.
When I was crossing, people just kinda J-walked across the street.

The biker is just waiting in the middle of the road while cars pass

2. The sidewalks are wide too.

3.Double decker bus.
It looks modern now.

4. Instead of a fire extinguisher the have a fire blanket.
I know, weird right.

5. Everyone walks.
Or takes the underground.

Vacation!!!!!!!!

Today we are leaving for Europe we are going to fly into London, take the underwater train to France, go to Paris, then take a train to a village where we are staying in a farm house.

Flexibility and Extensions

 This first one is my favorite. It kind of looks like a needle. It took several tries to get a successful shot.

  I took a class called flexibility and extensions. We did a lot of stretching and over splits and extensions.  I can now do this with the help of a wall.

This picture turned out sideways, but anyway, it is a blurry attitude.

This photo is also sideways. I can do this upright, but I liked the look of it like this.
